Harber Joins HOF with Playoff Win

Vaughn Harber birdied the first hole of a three person playoff on Sunday to seal his place in Golfweek Junior Tour history by joining the Hall of Fame. Vaughn jumped out to a hot start on Saturday with a 69, the only round under 70 on the day. He came out Sunday and has some early bogeys but a birdie on 16 sent him into the playoff with a 143 total. It is Vaughn's eighth win overall on the Golfweek Junior Tour. Jacob Settles (71-72) and River Stilley (74-69) both tied for second place with 143 totals.

Jack Marsh posted the low round of the tournament on Sunday to complete a comeback win, his first on the Golfweek Junior Tour. Jack started the day tied for third place and three strokes behind the leader after a two over par 74 on Saturday. With his third birdie of the day on hole #9, Jack had seized the lead which he never gave it back. He wound up with a two under par 70 on Sunday propelling him to a three stroke victory. Brayden Lamborne (74-73) and Cayse Morgan (71-76) finished tied for second place with each shooting 147.

Meadow Tian added to her stunning season with her fifth win of the 2022-2023 season. The win gives her a whopping eight victories in just two years on the Golfweek Junior Tour. Meadow found herself in a familiar spot after the first round: tied for the lead. She immediately birded the first hole on Sunday to snatch the lead which she would never relinquish. Over two days, Meadow shot 73-72 for a 145 total. Claira Beth Ramsey (75-71), Carter Lankford (73-73), and Elizabeth Eberle (74-72) all tied for second place with 146 totals.
