Willa Borough enters the Hall of Fame at Kearney Hill

The Girls 15-19 division at the Elite Event at Kearney Hill was tied after 36 holes of competition between Willa Borough and Brooklyn Sutter. Brooklyn carded rounds of 72-75 and Willia with rounds of 75-72. They headed to the par 4 opening hole at Kearney Hill to start the sudden death playoff where both girls would make par. Willa made another par on the par 3, 2nd hole to take home the Girls 15-19 division title. This win also earned her a spot in the Golfweek Junior Tour Hall of Fame! She is our first Class of 2029 player to be inducted into the Hall of Fame, Congratulations! Brooklyn Sutter earned runner up honors at +3 and Sara Kolar rounded out the podium finishers at 150 (+6).

Cooper Reitsma started the final round four strokes back of the lead after an opening round of level par, 72. He turned on the jets in the final round, carding five birdies and an eagle to post a 67 (-5). This final round pushed Cooper across the finish line two strokes ahead of the rest of the field at 139 (-5) to earn his fifth Golfweek Junior Tour victory! Waylon Clutts posted rounds of 70-71 to earn runner up honors at 141 (-3). Mitchell Sargent and Owen Heilmann tied for 3rd place honors at 142 (-2). Mitchell carded the round of the tournament on Sunday, connecting on 2 eagles and 2 birdies enroute to a bogey free 66 (-6).

Andrew Perry earned his third Boys 14-15 division title of the 2025-2026 season at Kearney Hill Golf Links. He posted rounds of 73-71 to finish the event at level par, 144 and took home a one stroke victory! Zac McGrath and Finn Johnson tied for runner up honors at 145 (+1). Zac carded the round of the tournament during the final round, a two under par 70!

Lane McConathy fired rounds of 73-74 enroute to his first Golfweek Junior Tour victory! He cared three birdies in the final five holes to finish the event at 147 (+5) and earned a two-stroke win! Peter Boylan and Jack Faulkner tied for 2nd place honors at 149 (+7). Owen Schuitema and Myles Williams rounded out the top 5 finishers at 150 and 151, respectively.

Isabel Flores dominated the Girls 15-19 division at UK's Wildcat course leading the field from wire-to-wire. She fired rounds of 75-77 to earn a nine-stroke victory, finishing the event at 152 (+10). Marissa Monteith led the field in birdies, connecting on four throughout the 36 holes enroute to earning runner up honors at 161. Aubrey Lunn rounded out the podium finishers at 166.

Blake Thomas took home the Boys 14-15 division title after rounds of 78-73. Blake's 73 in the final round propelled him up the leaderboard from six strokes back starting the day. Scribner Dailey IV fired back-to-back rounds of 76 to earn runner up honors at 152 (+10). Henry Schuitema and Aiden Loyd tied for 3rd place at 155 (+13).

The Girls 14 and Under division was tight race to the finish between Eva Emerson, Elin Fritz and Elle Chamberland. Eva started the final round one back of the lead, but a late round birdie helped push her to the top of the leaderboard. Eva posted rounds of 79-80 to finish the event at 159 (+17). Elin Fritz and Elle Chamberland tied for runner up honors at 161 (+19).

Austin Britt led the Boys 13 and Under division from wire to wire to take home the title! He fired rounds of 72-76 to finish the event at 148 (+6). Joshua Maguire posted rounds of 78-75 to earn runner up honors. Max DeHaven and Rory Berg tied for third place at 154 (+12).
