Parmley brings home the Gold at Legends GC

The Creek/Road course at Legends Golf Club played host for the first time on the GolfWeek Junior Tour and it did not disappoint. Keaton Parmley and Micah Sheffer were tied at the top after opening rounds of 3-under par, 69. Keaton was able to pull away on the opening nine holes of round 2, taking a three-stroke lead with 9 to play. Micah applied pressure down the stretch with three birdies including one on the final hole. Keaton was able to fend off Micah's late push, playing his final 9 holes one-under par to win the Boys 16-19 and the overall Boys 14-19 divisions by one stroke over Micah. Jaxon Calhoon rounded out our podium finishers after a noteworthy 3-under par, 69 in the final round.

Miles Green was victorious in the Boys 14-15 division after a stellar round of 69, 3-under par in the final round of competition. Miles found himself 3 shots back from the lead after the opening round, but quickly flipped the script during round 2. He would finish the event at 1-over par, 145, 3 strokes ahead of second place Collin Bauer. Collin carded rounds of 73-75 to finish runner up. Brady Wagner was our third-place finisher with rounds of 76-75.
