Marsh and Lankford march to Victory at Darby Creek

Jack Marsh held the overnight lead after an opening round of two under par 70. He continued his excellent play during the final round, carding a three under par 69 to win the Boys 16-19 and overall Boys 14-19 divisions by one stroke! Brady Barnum shot the round of the tournament on Sunday connecting on five birdies enroute to a four under par 68 to earn second place at 140 (-4). Silas Kirkpatrick carded rounds of 74-70 for a two-day total of 144 (E) and finish in third place.






Carter Lankford and Skylar Dean were both five strokes back heading into the final round. Carter played her first 15 holes in six under par, en route to a final round 68 (-4) to take home the Girls 15-19 division title! Skylar carded seven birdies during the final round on the way to a three under par 69 to earn runner-up honors. Nikitha Suresh rounded out our podium finishers at 151 (+7) after rounds of 75–76. Paige Weiss and Brynn Harstine tied for fourth place at 152 (+8). 






Benjamin Berridge led the Boys 14-15 division from wire to wire and took home the title after rounds of 69-72--141 (-3). Harrison Young fired back-to-back rounds of 71 to finish one stroke shy of the lead at 142 (-2). Charlie Kazmierczak carded rounds of 75–68 to earn a third-place finish. Charlie played his final 9 holes in 6-under par, 30! Mitchell Corbin, Mac Ferguson and Rocco Humphreys finished in a tie for fourth place at 145 (+1). Charlie and Mac’s rounds of 68 were the low rounds of the tournament during Sunday’s round, great playing! 






Willa Borough found herself 4 strokes back of overnight leader, Taylor Harstine, after an opening round 76 (+4). Willa turned on the jets on Sunday, connecting on six birdies in route to a final round 67 (-5) to take home the Girls 14 and Under division title by one stroke! Taylor Harstine carded consistent rounds of 72-72 to earn runner-up honors at 144 (E). Amelia Buettner rounded out our podium finishers at 149 (+5). 






Blaise Barnum played his opening 11 holes in four under par enroute to a final round 70 that pushed him across the finish line in first place in the Boys 13 and Under division! Henry Schuitema earned runner-up honors after rounds of 71–75--146 (+2). Elijah Hall-Bromberg and Trent Riedel finishing a time for third place at 148 (+4). Trent carded the round of the tournament on Sunday connecting on five birdies enroute to a final round 68 (-4).
