Elite Champions at Nevel Meade

Audrey Ryu has two wins this season on the GolfWeek Jr Tour and both have come in elite events. Her first was at Vanderbilt Legends club in November, and now she can add another elite event win to her year. Audrey's Sunday round got off to a slow start with 2 bogies in the first 5 holes, but she would turn things around by finishing the last 13 holes in 3 under par to post the round of the day, a 1 under par 71. Her 146 total was enough to take home the girls title by 5 strokes and she will head into the Tour Championship in a close race for player of the year.

Jacob Lang took home his second win of the season with rounds of 69-69 and a one stroke victory. His chip in for eagle on the par 5, #14, put him in striking distance of Isaac Moody and Weston Walker, but it was the birdie on the final hole of competition that gave him the outright victory. Jacob would record an amazing 8 birdies and 2 eagles on the weekend.

Cayse Morgan took home his first elite event win this weekend with rounds of 72-70 for a two stroke victory. His Sunday round would include 2 birdies and an eagle on his way to the victory and a top 5 finish in the overall boys division. This victory will move Cayse into the top 5 in the player of the year race and secure his position in the GolfWeek First Team Boys 14-15 division.

**Caleb King made a hole in one on the par 3, #15. This is his SECOND ace at Nevel Meade**
