Dodged the rain at Hueston Woods

Heading into Hueston Woods, Jenna Harter had accumulated 5 top five finishes on the GolfWeek Jr Tour without a win. This weekend, the University of Dayton commit, changed that with a huge 7 stroke win and solid rounds of 77-78. Jenna carded 6 birdies for the weekend and earned the medalist honors in both the first and second rounds. This is Jenna's first win on the GolfWeek Jr Tour and is off to a great start this season with a third place finish at Dayton CC in June.

Brandon Nowery is coming off last weekend's second place finish where he scored 70-72 for a 2 under par finish. He kept the momentum rolling into this weekend where he did 3 strokes better. His two rounds of 70-69 earned him medalist honors for both rounds and he even finished the tournament with a birdie on the last hole, the par 3 18th. This marks Brandon's second win on the GolfWeek Jr Tour, his first coming in 2019 at Hueston Woods as well

Jacob Settles played nearly flawless golf this weekend with only recording 3 bogies for the entire 36 holes. His 5 birdies would put him at 2 under par for the tournament and he would earn co-medalist or medalist honors for both rounds. Coming into the second round he was tied for the lead with Julian Dugan, but Jacob would birdie three holes on the front nine, post a 33, and take a commanding lead into the finish line. This is Jacob's first win on the GolfWeek Jr Tour

In a competitive Boys 13 & Under division this weekend, Will Judd would take home his first GolfWeek Jr Tour title, and would do so with a commanding performance in both rounds. His two rounds of 76-72 took home the medalist position both days, and would give him a 5 stroke victory over Blake Hartman.
