Happy Gilmore tied for medalist honors on Saturday after a 2 under par round of 70 that included 3 birdies and an eagle. He entered Sunday with a 3 stroke lead in his age division and tied for the overall Boys title.
Sunday's round started well with 2 birdies and a bogey in the first 11 holes, but then was forced to overcome a double bogey and triple bogey on the 12th and 13th holes. The lead he had built was lost in just two holes, but Happy started a come back on 14 when he birdied 14, 15, and 16. His final round score of 73 claimed him the Boys 14-15 title and the overall Boys 14-19 title for his first win on the GolfWeek Jr Tour.

The Boys 16-19 division produced the first ever 5 man playoff in our tour's history. Carson Bellish, Darin Hudak, Connor McNeely, Kash Bellar, and Drew Todd all tied at 1 over par, 145, for the Boys 16-19 division.
The ensuing playoff started on hole #1 where Carson and Drew were the only players able to produce birdies on the first hole, with Carson making an unlikely comeback after leaving himself a long iron into the green.
With just two players left, they made their way to hole #2, a par 5 where Drew Todd missed a 20 footer birdie attempt and left Carson with an 8 foot birdie to win the title. Carson Bellish went on to make the 8 footer, to birdie both playoff holes and win the Boys 16-19 title which was only possible because of his late round charge of 2 under his last 5 holes in regulation play.
This is also Carson's first win on the GolfWeek Jr Tour.
