Jack Elton Snyder - JES & US Scholarship

Introduction

The Jack Elton Snyder Foundation was established to honor the life of one of the most passionate junior golfers there ever was.  Jack’s energetic smile, passion for the game of golf, compassion for others and his ability to light up a room are what he will be remembered for. Jack left this world too soon, but the mark he made in his short time on Earth will last forever.  Jack’s faith and his understanding of the importance of family is what made him an outstanding individual, as well as competitor, and it showed every time he took the course.   Jack was a regular on the GolfWeek Jr Tour and he competed over 6 years in dozens of events. His positive attitude and desire for all players to excel was contagious and made a lasting impression with both players and parents he met on the tour.  This year, the Jack Elton Snyder Foundation, is donating tournament entries and travel expenses to three (3) boys and three (3) girls for the opportunity to compete and further their junior golf career on the GolfWeek Jr Tour so that his legacy will continue with future golfers and their love of the sport.
