Hall of Fame

The Hall of Fame is a representation of the players that have had the best all around careers on the Golfweek Junior Tour. The players profiled below have received numerous accolades, won high school state championships, and won tournaments at the national level. Hall of Fame members get in by way of meeting the criteria. The criteria is as follows: 4 career GJT wins at any level with at least 2 in the 14-19 Boys overall age group or 2 in the 15-19 Girls age group*. 

High School Class of 2017

Claire Cameron

Claire racked up 14 total GJT wins in her career. Claire was the 2015-2016 Player of the Year. In her final 2 1/2 years of high school, she never finished outside of the top 3 on the Golfweek Junior Tour. She finished her career with a 75.6 scoring average, one of the best in Tour history. In her senior year of high school, Claire signed to play golf at the University of Kentucky. 

Veronica Haque

Veronica won 5 career tournaments on the Golfweek Junior Tour. Veronica was named the 2014-2015 Golfweek Junior Tour Player of the Year. She finished in the top 10 at the Tour Championship 5 different times. Veronica posted a career scoring average of 83.7. Upon completion of high school, Veronica became a key member of the Oakland University women's golf team.

Kevin Stone

Kevin collected 6 wins during his time playing on the GJT. Over his last 9 tournaments, he compiled a head to head record of 492-8. He played those same 9 tournaments a combined 20 under par. In his final GJT round, he lapped the competition with a 66 at Kearney Hill. He finished his career with a 72.9 scoring average. Kevin joined the Ohio State men's golf program after high school. 

*In 2012-2013 and 2013-2014 there was no Boys 14-19 division. The Boys 13-19 division takes the place of that for those years. For a win to count towards the Hall of Fame criteria, the following field sizes must be met: Boys 14-19 (20 players need to start the event), Boys 14-15 (15 players need to start the event), Boys 16-19 (15 players need to start the event), Boys 13 and Under (10 players need to start the event), Girls 15-19 (10 players need to start the event), Girls 14 and Under (5 players need to start the event), Girls Overall (12 players need to start the event).
