Deal's at Stone Ridge

Brother and Sister, Mason and Sydney Deal, took home titles in each of their age divisions this week. In the Boys 16-19 division, Mason came out firing with a first round score of 2 under par and completed the tournament with a solid 35-36-71 to take home the win by 4 strokes and the overall Boys 14-19 title as well.

After getting off to a slow start on Thursday's front nine, Megha Vallabhaneni completed the back nine in 38 strokes with a birdie on the 16th hole, to win the Girls 15-19 division by 2 strokes over Kit Schaefer. This is Megha's first win on the GolfWeek Jr Tour

Connor Malicki had control over the Stone Ridge golf course all week with two solid rounds of 75-76 which included 4 birdies and no double bogies for the week. His solid play earned him a victory in the Boys 14-15 division by 7 strokes over Luke Calvert.

Although Sydney Deal won the Girls 14 & Under division, she was also competing for the overall girls title with her 76 in the first round to claim a tie for first round medalist. Playing in the final group the second day, she eventually would claim the 3rd place position overall for the week.
